Easy Bean Salad

This salad is kind of my go-to when I have no other veggies in the house.  It goes together really quickly and Husband (and Girl) wolf it down.  I think Girl likes it because she thinks it's pickles.


It's very easy. 

Canned wax beans, drained (I use 2 cans)
2 Tbsp finely diced onions
White vinegar
Vegetable oil
(These are typically at a 1:1 ratio, but I usually like to add an extra splash of vinegar)
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste.

You can mix the dressing separately, but I usually just do it in the bowl. 

This salad will last for at least a week or two in the fridge, and it's good eaten right away, or after sitting.
